I have worked for Ascent Management since 1984 and have had long distance service provided directly by AT&T, VarTec, Broadwing, and now AireSpring. I cannot express enough how glad I am that AireSpring was introduced to our company. They provide the kind of customer service I have been wanting for a long time. I can say with conviction that AireSpring has provided our company with the best customer service ever received!
With other carriers, it was obvious that once the “sale” was made, customer service was no longer a priority. When an issue would develop, I would attempt to contact our account executive or maintenance team without success. Many times I would be placed into voicemail where I would leave a detailed message and ask that I be contacted as soon as possible. This past year alone, there were over 20 times when messages were left with my account team yet no return call was ever received. And, when AT&T was our carrier, it became nearly impossible to find anyone who could answer a question or discuss an issue ( without asking me to call other numbers). Sometimes it would take 30 minutes to an hour to reach a management level employee only to discover that they couldn’t help me! But billing, dial-tone, credit, and maintenance issues required immediate attention.
The initial cut of service on January the 27 th went without a hitch. The AireSpring and Qwest technicians that helped with the cut were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and a true pleasure to work with. Since January the 27 th, we have had no service issues of any kind. A few weeks ago, one of our Vice Presidents called me to complain about his inability to reach a particular telephone number in Ohio. He was receiving a “fast-busy” tone when dialing the number. I called AireSpring and a technician picked up my call within 3 rings and then isolated the problem within 40 seconds (a LEC in Ohio, not our LD network).
AireSpring is committed to their customers. Calls are answered fast. Issues are resolved quickly. Account representatives take the time to call and introduce themselves. Invoices are easy to read and interpret. And, the price for all of this is very competitive.
It’s pretty impressive that the C.E.O. of AireSpring is on the escalation list! I would challenge anyone to find a better long distance service provider.
Sincerely,
