Dialed Number Identification Service (DNIS) — With DNIS, you can identify which toll-free number your caller dialed. Your representatives answer with a greeting personalized for the type of callers using that toll-free number.
Real-Time Automatic Number Identification (ANI) — ANI gives your representative the caller's telephone number. They can then pull up customer specific information from your database or identify the location of the caller. Since your representative doesn't have to ask the caller for this information, a typical call can be shortened by 10 to 20 seconds, allowing more calls to be handled in a day.
Route Advance — This feature helps you handle overflow calls, to ensure your callers get the attention they deserve. It routes overflow calls to another dedicated circuit (On-Net Route Advance) or to local lines (Off-Net Route Advance).
Uniform Call Distribution (UCD) — UCD helps alleviate excessive call traffic on your first circuits or business lines by distributing your toll-free calls over a toll-free trunk group. It can even be used to track calls to each circuit and then allocate them evenly.
Shared Location Service — With Shared Location Service, you get the flexibility to handle your growing call traffic. The feature allows you to route overflow toll-free calls to another one of your locations, or to a third-party destination to help handle the overflow. It also can provide a disaster recovery solution for companies needing a back-up site to answer calls.
Multi-Carrier Routing — AireSpring's Carrier Diversity program helps you manage and coordinate multiple carriers through a single point-of-contact. You can allocate calls to carriers by percentages you set or based on location, time of day, day of week and day of year.
