Before presubscription, local toll calls were handled and billed only by the local phone company unless a customer used an access code to route the call to another carrier.

A customer who presubscribes or PICs AireSpring local toll service is designating AireSpring as their primary local toll carrier and can dial 1+ the phone number. In either circumstance, you must notify a AireSpring sales representative that you want AireSpring to handle your local toll calls.
