Sales Engineer

This position analyzes customer telecommunications configuration requirements for technical feasibility (can be installed and maintained) and that the services will accomplish the customer's objectives.

The Sales Engineer assists the sales team in identifying the scope of new proposals and designs and/or approves a solution that meets the customer specifications and performance parameters.

Requirements:

1) Full knowledge of DS-1, DS-3's and up.
2) DS-1+ Router Equipment & capability knowledge.
3) Must be able to easily and comfortably assist customers and agents with their questions or concerns.
