AVI LONSTEIN, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

As the former President of ADDTEL Communications, Mr. Lonstein was directly responsible for taking ADDTEL from a start-up operation to one the country’s most successful nationwide long distance resellers. Under Mr. Lonstein's direction, ADDTEL was recognized as one of the industries most innovative and well-managed companies, and experienced substantial growth during Mr. Lonstein's tenure. Mr. Lonstein is well known in the resale telecommunications industry, and was one of the founding members of the industry's trade association, the Association of Communications Enterprises (ASCENT). Prior to co-founding ADDTEL, Mr. Lonstein held the position of Assistant Controller at Michael Baybak and Company, a corporate public relations firm.

DANIEL LONSTEIN, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

In addition to a prior position as the Chief Operating Officer of ADDTEL Communications, Mr. Lonstein has extensive experience in Sales and Marketing functions both inside and outside of the telecommunications industry. Mr. Lonstein has previously held positions at On Target Market Research, Tel-Aviv based USTM Partners, and has consulted for various international telecommunications conglomerates.

ARNO VIGEN, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Mr. Vigen brings 30 years of financial and executive management including as former COO of Inc. 500 Winner, the #1 Fastest Growing Private Company in the USA 1999, Justice Technology, and VP Finance for GSM and national carriers overseas as well as acquisitions by IDB Communications of FTC Communications - France Telecom (USA), World Communications (formerly part of ITT – International Telephone and Telegraph) and IDB itself’s sale to LDDS.”

TONY C. LONSTEIN, EXECUTIVE VP INVESTOR RELATIONS

With over 30 years experience in international trading, Mr. Lonstein was the former co-founder and Chairman of ADDTEL Communications, Mr. Lonstein was responsible for the overall strategic direction for ADDTEL. Mr. Lonstein was involved in extensive negotiations with major carriers, including AT&T and MCI, as well as with major customers, which included such companies as Earthlink Network. Mr. Lonstein's prior experience includes the complex structure of several multinational trading agreements, as well as international import/export and commodities trading.

DAVID LONSTEIN, EXECUTIVE VP PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

Mr. Lonstein previously ran the Customer Service Division at ADDTEL Communications, and has extensive experience in all aspects of the telecommunications industry.

DON GREENSTEIN, SENIOR VP OPERATIONS

Don Greenstein previously held the Vice President Operations position at ADDTEL Communications, and has extensive experience in telecommunications networks, switching, billing and computer/telephony integration. He has previously held senior management positions at various telecom companies including Equalnet Communications, Coyote Network Systems, Relay Point Networks and Maverick Telecom.

TODD REGAN, SENIOR VP MARKETING

Todd Regan is a marketing innovator and recognized blogger and social marketing leader with a dozen years experience in the Telecom Industry.  Todd spent many years developing cutting edge telecommunications call centers in India at the forefront of the outsourcing movement and continuously involves himself in the technological advances in the Communications, Internet, and Social Networking Industries.  Prior to joining AireSpring, Todd served 7 years as Senior Vice President of International Operations for various divisions of GTC Telecom, and several years managing several departments in the Desert Southwest region of Nextel Communications.

VICKY L. WEATHERWAX, SENIOR VP CUSTOMER OPERATIONS

With over 20 years of experience in the communications sector, including network design, construction, project management and network cost optimization, Vicky is an industry expert. She joined the company in April 2012 and previously served as VP, Internal Business Solutions for FairPoint Communications, in Portland, Maine. She has also held management positions with US LEC, Sprint PCS, Nextel Communications and the University of Southern California. Ms. Weatherwax earned a Bachelor of Science degree in information technology from the University of Phoenix and received a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wake Forest University’s Babcock School of Business.

MIKE CHASE, SENIOR VP TECHNOLOGY

Mike is the co-founder and former CTO of several cloud ventures including dinCloud .com - one of the first Cloud Service providers to offer hosted virtual desktops worldwide (rated #1 by Network World Magazine in their DaaS shootout article of May 21, 2012) and brings experience across a vast portfolio of other cloud services.   He is also a published author with the nickname “Dr. Cloud” and can be found in many print and online magazines such as Computer Technology Review (wwpi.com), SMB Nation’s “Cloud Speak” (smbnation.com) column for 2012, various blogs etc.   In addition, Mike has over 20+ years experience with complex datacenters worldwide during his work with such firms as Wells Fargo Bank, IBM, Mobil Oil Corporation, Union Oil, LA Cellular, Capitol Records, Equant, AT&T, Broadcom, Experian and others.   Mike holds 20+ industry certifications such as the prestigious Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE# 7226), VMware Certified Professional 3/4/5 (VCP #26676), Nexenta CNA (#3019566),  Nexenta CNSP (#7031053) and has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in law from California Southern University.

DAVID L. SHIPMAN, SENIOR VP/GENERAL MANAGER, VOICE

With over 15 years experience in the telecommunications industry in a variety of different elements including outside plant design and maintenance, central office design, implementation and maintenance, vendor management, contract negations. David joined the AireSpring management team in August 2011 and previously served as VP of Operations for InterMetro Communication located in Simi Valley, CA. He has also held various level positions of management for Teledata Solutions, Inc. (TSI), Adelphia Business Solutions, and the former GTE of California.

KEVIN GRIFFO , SENIOR VP WHOLESALE SALES

With over 30 years of telecommunications experience, Mr. Griffo joined AireSpring's executive team in December of 2011. Prior to joining AireSpring Mr. Griffo served as President of Cordia Corp focusing on sales and operations of its CLEC operations, Executive VP for Talk America a leading local and long distance provider throughout the United States and President of Access One Communications a leading CLEC throughout the southeast.
