REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CHANNEL SALES


DESCRIPTION

The Regional Director of Channel Sales will be responsible for developing and executing Airespring’s channel program to achieve significant revenue growth targets that support the company’s objectives. The Director will build, train, manage and grow a high performance channel sales team to target, research, and establish relationships with lead referral partners that drive revenue through new market entry and existing market penetration.


 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Telecom Carriers including full knowledge of TDM and VoIP/SIP Technologies.
  • Have at least five (5) years of experience in Telecom channel sales, business development, and/or strategic alliances. 
  • Proven experience building and successfully leading Telecom Sales TeamsExperience cold-calling and/or building collaborations with C-level contacts.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with great attention to detail. 
  • Possess a high degree of maturity, adaptability, and initiative. Industrious, proactive work ethic. 
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, CRM systems and the Internet
