IMPLEMENTATION ENGINEER

DESCRIPTION

AireSpring, Inc is a leading nationwide provider of telecom services. We have an immediate opening in our Operations Division for an experienced Provisioner or Telecom Project Manager who has a full understanding of the telecom provisioning process.
This position is responsible for the ordering of circuits, delivery coordination and will handle all levels of access service: T1, T3, OC3, Integrated T1s. The ideal candidate will have experience working with facilities based carriers such as Verizon, Qwest, Paetec, Level 3, XO, Global Crossing, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Placing circuit orders, tracking delivery due dates
• Coordinating delivery with the Operations and test/turnup teams
• Escalate circuit orders in the event delivery dates are missed
• Facilitate provisioning issues including escalations as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years experience in Provisioning or Project Management in telecom environment
• Experience coordinating with LECs to get circuits delivered on time
• Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
• Able to multitask and prioritize workload
• Computer literate with experience in Excel, Word, Outlook
• Excellent Communication skills
